"This print is based on a painting I made using acrylics and marker pen on board. The picture shows a brown owl and a snowy owl. I love owls, some of my favourite stories with owls are The Owl and the Pussycat and Harry Potter. I make work in lots of different medium: embroidery, jewellery, mosaic, paper sculptures, pottery, print, painting and drawing. Recently I have learnt to take my time to see and draw detail and it has helped my work really develop. I have shown my work in lots of places across the North, in Scotland and London."
